Day 2

  • Skiing

     

    Today we enjoyed a Swedish regular activity - the skiing.  You have experienced a day trip to a ski resort Romme. We have been out in the nature and practising sport.

    1. Why do you think we have included this activity into the programme? 

    2. What activities do you practise to keep healthy in your country?

    3. Can these activities improve the quality of the habits in your life?

     

  • Skiing

    Group 8

    1. We think you included this in the program because it gives us an oppurtunity to connect woth all the other people from the other countries. It's also a good way to exercise and a good way to stay healthy and good.
    2. Some of us go to the gym for exercise and a healthier lifestyle. Others go for a walk sometimes or go running with friends or family.
    3. The answer of that question is yes. Depending on what you are doing it can affect the habits of your life in a positive way.

    GROUP 2

    1. Because it’s a typical Swedish activity.
    2. We usually practice sports.
    3. Sure, it has benefits on your health such as burning fat.

    Group

    1. Because it’s a fun activity for us to get to know each other but it’s also a common interest for all of our cultures. It’s also a sustainable fun activity.
    2. We ski, run, bike or go to the gym. It’s very different for all of the countries since everyone or us have different interest and also depends on what weather the country has. It can be Hard to ski if it’s warm and it can be hard to bike if it’s there is to much snow.
    3. Being in nature can improve mental health and can therefore I lover the quality of life. Being healthy mentally and physically can greatly improve the quality other habits.

    Group 6

    1. This activity is healthy and funny and we had the opportunity to learn how to ski. We could fight our courage and learn about ourselves better.
    2. Swimming, gym, team sports, jogging, and other kinds of sports.
    3. Definitely yes because you get to learn to become more healthy and create good habits in your lifestyle. You become stronger and life is easier in many ways.

    Group 5

    1. We think that skiing is a popular sport in Sweden. Therefore it is an important part of the Swedish culture.
    2. In Czech republic the icehockey is very popular. And in Italy the football has allways been a big thing.
    3. The skiing is good because you get outside and see the nature which can be very divided in Sweden. The football in Italy is good since it gives a feeling of togetherness. The icehockey is important for the Czech since it is a relatively big sport and puts the Czech on the world map.

    Group 4

    1. We think that this activity was included because doing the skiing allows us to understand more the Swedish culture.
    2. In our country we do different activities to keep healthy.
    Like football in Spain and Italy
    hockey in Sweden and Czech,
    but everyone do common activities like gym.
    3. Yes, we think that this habits help completely to improve our daily habits because being healthy and in good form help us in daily normal activities.

    1. Because it’s a typical Swedish activity but to also an activity that we have we have in Common in all of our countries and also a fun sustainable activity.
    2. We do different things since weather can affect what activities. But we walk, run, go to the gym and sometimes play sports with friends.
    3. When you have a healthy body and exercise it’s a lot easier to have a healthy mind and Therefore can improve other habits if we feel happy mentally and physically

    1. We think that you included this activity because skiing is a sport and the theme if this mobility is sustainability habits and doing sport is good for our health. Also skiing is funny and its not bad to have fun sometimes.
    2. In Spain and Italy as there is a lot of sun you can run or walk in the streets, many people go to the gym. In sweden most of the people go yo the gym also, and in the Czech Republic is famous going to the gym and running.

    3. Of course, because every single thing of exercise you can do is going to be good for your body and your health. Maybe doing exercise can improve a habit in you and start eating healthy.

    Group 7

    1) Because it is part of the culture in Sweden. It is an activity to bond with each other and it is a sport as well, so doing this activity we represent the “theme” of the mobility of Sweden which is Sustainbility as well as health.

    2) We do different kinds of sports such as tennis, basketball etc.

    3) Of course they can, doing any activity which puts your body into movement can improve the quality of our lives.
