At the beginning of any project we usually have a face to face meeting with the parents and students who want to participate  in a project and discuss what we are going to do in the process, what Web tools the students are going to use at the activities and what it is necessary for in their education. If any parent or student does not agree with the terms mentioned in the document , they don't participate in any project.
