16.2 Dissemination Barcelona

  •

Dissemination has always been a priority throughout the project. When we learnt that the project had been approved we informed the school board, all the school staff, the families association and the students.

Every time we’ve taken part in a transnational project meeting or we have organized activities related to the project such as workshops, field trips, theatre shows, etc. we have written a piece of news about it for our school website, and we have also published notes in social media: Facebook and Twitter.  When our school hosted a transnational project meeting in November 2018 we invited representatives from the Education Department, Town Hall, and Families Association to the closing ceremony. A huge mural that was created by the multinational teams that took part in the TPM was on display at our school for the rest of the school year.

The magazines that we have edited and published in every transnational project meeting have also been object of dissemination, we have given printed copies to all the students that have contributed to them, several copies of the different editions are on display in our school library and in the main hall of our school, and both the local public library and the local state languages school display copies of them.

We have an Erasmus corner in our school which is updated regularly with the activities of the project.

The Twinspace of the etwinning project associated to this Erasmus+ project has also been used as platform to communicate, store materials and disseminate all the activities carried out within the project.

Open houses and school year closing ceremonies have also been good opportunities to inform the school community, neighbours and local entities about the international projects our school takes part in.

A bookmark and an informative brochure have been designed and printed to be given away when our headmaster visits the primary schools of our neighbourhood or when we are visited by families interested in enrolling their children in our school.
