5.4. Two conversations about journalism and sustainable future.

  • In past weeks, students of Liceo Cavour met two journalists, Sergio Bellucci and Riccardo Staglianò, both dealing with visions of the future, sustainable development and technology.

About the first, Sergio Bellucci, here is a little summary of Marco Durante's report:

"The vision of a future which is not so far away": Sergio Bellucci’s thoughts about the future of our society and our world.

The Human History has always been affected by thousands of different things, primarily concerning survival, at first. In any case, the important fact is that, from the moment Human History began, various economic-social formations followed over the course of time, coinciding with those historical periods in which the power in a certain society was stable and lasting.

This is how Sergio Bellucci, prominent physicist, journalist and president of the Free Hardware Foundation, decided to start his presentation.

Speaking of possible solutions, Mr. Bellucci explained that the only possible one is represented by the way in which the new generations will face the robotic development. It seems a very difficult task, and it probably is, but right now, there does not seem to be anything else to do.

Always very clear in the speeches, Mr. Bellucci has been able to expose a topic that many take for granted, making sure that everyone understood the complex and not foregone concepts he expounded, and answering all our questions.
