Better organisation of working groups prior to the meeting. Clear allocation of tasks (list of tasks and description of the expected result)

Meeting different people and nationalities.
The opportunity to put forward better ideas for teamwork and then using them.
Meeting people that I met before.
I wrote an article about something that I’m interested myself. I also liked to see how some of the students tried their best to speak English even if they weren’t so good at it (Polis especially).

That all the students didn’t work equally.
What have you found the most challenging during the meeting (most common answers)?
Getting everybody involved and making sure that everybody takes part and contributes the same amount of work.
