Garage Band - first steps

This is the first lesson these students have trying out "Garage band". During this lesson the students will be working with software that contains a lot of possibilities to create, record and edit songs and share music.

We build groups of 4 pupils and each group gets 2 iPads. We provide sufficient time to try out special effects, and step by step we explain how to choose instruments, how to record and how to build up a little song groupwise. At the end of the lesson the students present their results and we talk about their way of working together.
