Meeting with Headteacher Emanuela Bussi and Italian  parents to prepare  European students accomodation 

IN POLAND:

• we organise two meetings with parents (first to explain the project and the second to present the host families and the program of the mobility.
• we created WhatsApp group for the parents of travelling students
• we dicussed about security : EKUZ CARD ect,
• 

IN FRANCE:

We have used it

• before the mobility for the required docs and meeting at the airport
• during the mobilty I sent them the group photos of the day and explaination of the activities
• after the mobility: to diffuse the mobility products and press article

IN SLOVENIA: The meeting has been carried out. Parents and children are very eager to travel to Italy. :)
