    JONAGOLD

    Ripening time: the end of September

    Fruit: The flesh is creamy white, very juicy, of sweet and sour flavour, crunchy, and of pleasant aroma. This is a great apple variety for eating fresh, making fruit salads and baking.

     

     

    GOLDEN DELICIOUS

    Ripening time: the end of September

    Fruit: The flesh is light yellow, hard and juicy, of sweet, mildly sour taste with a specific unobtrusive pleasant aroma.

     

     

     

    IDARED

    Ripening: the beginning of October

    Fruit: The flesh is almost white, medium juicy, with more acids and lower sugar content, and an unobtrusive aroma.  It can be stored up to 7 months so it is an excellent, undemanding keeper.
