BORNEO

The mysterious, beautiful Borneo - Earth's lungs have not died for 130 million years. It is an island in Southeast Asia, one of the Great Sunda Islands, the third largest island in the world. The climate is hot and humid all year round. Due to the rapid decomposition of organic matter, the vegetation is dense and lush. The equatorial forests are characterized by staggering vegetation. There are many different varieties of plants and animals in the forests. This biom is on the equator. In recent years, however, natural areas have been crowding out human activity, which is replacing virgin areas with oil palm plantations. This degradation is conducive to the extinction of many plant and animal species. Time runs fast for the moist Borneo forests. Conventional methods of protection do not give much hope. Separating large areas in the form of parks or reserves proved to be inefficient. Local people are not aware of this mass execution of nature, legally and illegally destroying entire tracts of forests for their own needs (fires and road construction). Deforestation has long gone out of control, and the authorities turn a blind eye to become one of the most developed countries in the world, regardless of the effects. As consumers, we contribute to the desolation of Borneo.

As a result of these actions, the entire world population is threatened. We are threatened by global warming. The green paradise full of beautiful animals disappears irrevocably, among smoke and sawdust. Everyone thinks that the problem is distant and intangible, and in the meantime we leave the next generations with only havoc.
