The main objective during our first students' exchange mobility in Lechena was to study the events of Nazi occupation in Greece, as well as the national Resistance with a particular focus on the 'Kalavryta massacre' on December 13th 1943.
During the week students created a timeline with the most important events of the World War II, studied biographies of resistance fighters, visited the memorial of the 'Kalavryta Holocaust', took part in many activities and discussions, created bridges of mutual understanding and friendship, as well as reflected on a more responsible attitude toward today's events.
