Mon-03 Challenges I-VI

  • Workshop 2: "Masters of Intercultural-Craft" (challenges 1-6)

    • Challenge 1: Get started! Challenge (led by J. Fischer) of assessing and judging the team partners in turns.

    • Challenge 2: Be colourful! Challenge (led by J. Delibeys) on visualizing one’s own unique and individual personality on big puzzle pieces. The students worked individually, then presented to the audience.

    • Challenge 3: Talk like strangers do! Challenge (led by G. Tsoulou) on language animation. Students taught each others (in international teams) basic phrases in all 4 national languages and thereafter presented to the plenum – a very lively, funny event.

    • Challenge 4: Walk on unknown ground (city race). City race through Lechena in international teams (with lunch break) led by host students.

     

    • Challenge 5: More than words can say! Challenge (led by J. Fischer) on non-, extra- and para-verbal communication. The student teams developed and performed pantomimic sketches on topics of their interest, e.g. school life, bullying. Cooperation improved a lot.

    • Challenge 6: Make yourself comfortable! (led by J. Fischer) on leaving the physical and mental comfort zone. This challenge consisted of 3 separate activities:

    Activity 2 – blanket experiment

    Activity 3 – beam experiment
