Other Project Events

10-2019

The first meeting will be in Greece in October 2019 and all contact people from the Erasmus teams of project’s partners will be involved in several tasks:

- Introduction and interactions among teams’ members;

- Detailed planning of the assignments and roles of each partner;

- Planning the training activities for students and teachers involved in the project;

- Visiting the host school and description of the local context; - Dissemination and monitoring plan;

- Info about budget and detailed scheduling of the expected exchanges;

- Sharing and discussion of good practices and ways to fulfil the project.

Exchange 1 in Slovenia

After the first physical mobility of students and teachers in Slovenia, the following activities are expected:

- Implementation of the project in each partner school;

- Dissemination of info and materials related to the first meeting and the first mobility exchange for the website creation;

- Collection of materials to prepare guides, brochures, and other useful reference documents for the following project activities;

- Production of a newsletter to disseminate data regarding this step;

- Peer-to-peer activity among students after the first exchange.

After the second physical mobility of students and teachers in Italy, the following activities are expected:

Other Project Events

04-2021

After completing all activities of the projects, the contact people of each partner school will meet in Romania for the final meeting which will allow to:

- Review the project outcomes;

- Finalise the results; - Do a final assessment;

- Prepare a report of the end of the project.
