ECO - SCHOOL

During English lessons, Polish students of 6th grade gain knowledge about the environment, develop their vocabulary related to ecology and improve communication skills. EcoSchool is one of the topics discussed. EcoSchools is an international Green Flag certificate awarded to schools for which the natural environment and ecological education are important. It is the largest global sustainable schools programme – it starts in the classroom and expands to the community by engaging the next generation in action-based learning. EcoSchools has been announced as a global innovation in education and sustainability. The topic inspired the students to create works presenting their ideas to make our school eco-friendly. They created posters, essays and presentations on this theme. An exhibition has been organised.

PROMOTING THE CAMPAIGN 'CLEAN AIR'

To promote this nationwide campaign, we have prepared promotional films for the local community. We want to convince the largest possible group of recipients to be interested in the program and to replace old coal-fired stoves with new ones, using renewable energy. We believe that smog is a serious problem in our area. We want to fight for clean air and the environment together.
