All partners arrived safe at Schiphol Airport or Eindhoven Airport.
On October 14 we had an informal welcome diner in Leiden.
On October 15 the partners were picked up at the hotel to transport to De Dukdalf.
Arriving at De Dukdalf there was a welcome ceremony. See PPT.
After the coffee break there was a tour in school followed with an introduction about the school ideas about education: the Jenaplan principles.
After the lunch break was a presentation about the partner schools and their educational system.
After these presentation we had a meeting about the goals and the time table for the upcoming 2 years. .
In the evening we had a diner together with teachers from de Dukdalf.
On October 16 the partners came to school and they presented 2 lessons about their cuture and songs and stories to 2 classes.
This lasted the whole morning.
After the lunch break we had a presentation about Etwinning by the Slovakian partner.
After the coffee break we discussed the final time table and suggestions for travelling and hosting.
We fixed the dates.
We decided that the travel expenses in the host countries equally will be divided bij the amount of travellers. Also we aggreed that the host provides 2 lunches and 2 diners for the teaching staff.
We decided that Monday and Friday will be the travel dates.
We also had the banner with the project logo. However the arrival of these banners was late on Thursday. The Netherlands will take the banners to Slovakia.
On Wednesday we had the farewell diner together with Dutch teachers.
On Thursday October 17 a sightseeing day for the partners was planned and organised based on cultural and historical experience and informal bonding in Amsterdam. Certificates were received.
