The second day of formation began with a visit to the Oulun Museo Museum, where we could enjoy the work of Finnish artists Helena Kaikkonen and Outi Pieski.
Later, at Handicraft Center Taito, we participated in a workshop on “himmeli of glass”, a typical Finnish work done on glass from the Czech Republic. Following this task, and using the origami technique, we built a box to carry the piece made in the workshop.
In the early evening we had the opportunity to hear a magnificent classical music concert at Oulu Cathedral.
It was a day dedicated to Finnish culture, during which we learned more about this people and their artistic and cultural identity.
