The question with which we began training today was: what are the spheres of influence and where is the teacher free to make changes at the level of assessment. After the exchange of ideas and debate, we realize that, in effect, the teacher has sufficient freedom to make many changes in the way he or she evaluates students if they wish. Only in exams do we have to follow certain rules. Moreover, formative assessment can be quite diverse and creative, supporting the normal learning process and as a way of preparing summative assessment.
We then cover the feedback the teacher should give his students and the various ways in which the teacher can provide feedback. Again, group work and presentation of the works.
