The European project titled “Museum Education in a Digital Era” granted to the second EPAL of Trikala has set a number of goals which are expected to enlighten the importance of cultural heritage and influence students’ attitude towards culture and history positively. The museum visits belong to the activities designed to bring the students into spaces of history and culture, to get them involved actively, to stimulate their creative power and transform the knowledge received into spontaneous material. In other words, the purpose of the museum visits is to make links between the present and the past, to make the students become critical and to exploit the past for the sake of the future.

- Museum of Education - Kalampaka
