After our visit to Croatia last April Hanane Ben Ettaleb e Hagar El Hasnaoui have illustrated their school mates the experience at the well known company Podravka within a multimidia presentation:
LORESU group from class IVG which have partecipated to the two mobilities in Fuerteventura and Croatia.
On April 10th a special Fossati Music Event within an Implementation Meeting took place at ITCT Fossati Da Passano to welcome the foreign partners from Germany and Holland and, at the same time, to implement the results of the Erasmus Plus KA229 project ‘Lets study local and regional subjects at school’- LORESU managed by Prof.ssa Flavia Cappelli, Prof.ssa Roberta Cantoni,Prof.ssa Alessia Zanello and Prof.ssa Maria Grazia Zignego.
Fossati da Passano has been exchanging students with the above partner schools for a long time with great results in terms of friendship and international cooperation.
European projects, as well, have always been a mission at Fossati Da Passano since the ‘90s with Socrates, Lingua, Comenius, Leonardo and Erasmus KA1/KA2 Projects.
Two special guests from the Municipality, Mr Fabrizio Delle Piane and the well-known local painter Mr.Vaccarone were informed by our Principal Mr. Paolo Manfredini about the long lasting experience of the Institute and about the positive and relevant opportunities our students have had over the years in terms of European dimension.
Prof.ssa Cappelli presented LORESU project with the ongoing activities shared with Portugal (Madeira, the leaders), Spain (Fuerteventura), Croatia (Koprivnica), and Poland. The positive and creative experiences during the mobilities have enriched both students and teachers with great results in terms of friendship and European awareness.
The teacher underlined the importance of studying local history and culture at school giving the opportunity also to those many students coming from different areas of Italy and from foreign countries to understand and appreciate the local cultural heritage their families have decided to live in.
She also recommended all the students at the meeting to take part in European projects as a relevant international experience not only to improve language skills, but also cultural/political and economical knowledge.
The Fossati Music Group presented songs performed during the year which deal with female condition, good relationships and happy and positive endings.
They started with an international song by Bruno Mars: “Versace on the floor” whose original video was banned in Asia because of the woman who appears too much undressed.
Then they continued with an Italian song by Ultimo, a young and very famous singer in Italy.
Later they went on with an Italian song by Ultimo“Vorrei soltanto amarti” and Riccardo Cocciante “Bella senz’anima”, then two Ligurian singers Luigi Tenco and Gino Paoli and another piece by the singer Gianluca Grignani. The group finished with a classical traditional Italian song , famous all over the world: “Nel blu dipinto di blu” known as “Volare”.

Il progetto ERASMUS+ Biennio 2018-2020 LORESU
“Let’s study Local and Regional subjects at school”
L’Istituto Fossati-Da Passano ha aderito al progetto Erasmus plus KA229, che prevede un partenariato fra cinque Paesi Europei: Portogallo, Spagna, Italia, Croazia e Polonia. Scopo del progetto è la promozione e la valorizzazione dello studio delle realtà locali con particolare riferimento alla storia, alla geografia/geografia turistica, alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente naturale (biomi e profilo geomorfologico). Gli studenti sono i protagonisti principali del progetto e a loro è richiesto di saper cogliere le specificità della regione in cui abitano confrontandosi con realtà diverse sia nazionali che internazionali. Il 26 gennaio 2019 si è conclusa la prima mobilità in Spagna e precisamente a Fuerteventura. Per l’Istituto Fossati-Da Passano hanno partecipato cinque alunne del corso RIM della classe 4° G: Marta Carniglia, Martina Ferrari, Alice Fregosi, Martina Guelfi e Carolina Pratali, unitamente alla loro docente di lingua inglese Prof.ssa Flavia Cappelli, referente del progetto e alla Prof.ssa Roberta Cantoni. A Fuerteventura, l'isola delle Canarie più vicina al continente africano, sono stati visitati luoghi di interesse culturale e naturale come il Museo del Grano “La Cilla”, il Centro d’Arte casa Manè, la casa museo di Miguel de Unamuno, mercati di artigianato e di produzione alimentare locale. Non potevano ovviamente mancare le visite ai tesori naturali dell’isola: le dune di sabbia di Corralejo, i paesaggi vulcanici, le formazioni rocciose antichissime, l’oasi Park, immersa in un giardino botanico di rara bellezza, che si presenta come una riserva naturale per la protezione e la difesa degli animali. Non dimentichiamoci infatti che l’isola ha ricevuto il riconoscimento di Riserva della Biosfera per l'importanza in termini ecologici e rappresenta un ecosistema unico.
Nel progetto Erasmus Plus sono previste altre quattro mobilità: ad aprile la scuola si recherà in Croazia; ad ottobre è prevista la mobilità verso la Polonia, mentre a febbraio 2020 toccherà all’Istituto Fossati-Da Passano organizzare la visita del territorio ligure. Si terminerà a maggio 2020 e come ultimo incontro sarà la volta del Portogallo con l’isola di Madeira.
