World food day in our schools.

    On October the 16th(World Food Day) pupils of 2nd,3rd and 4th grade filled in questionnaires regarding their healthy eating habits. They also drew the Mediterranean Food Pyramid and were informed about the necessity of consuming brown bread, vegetables and low-fat dairy products. On the 17th and 18th of October pupils brought their homemade bread and their Mediterranean sandwich to share in class. It was an experience that brought about such great joy to them and also triggered the feeling of wellbeing associated with leading a healthy diet!
