Participants of the "Erasmus plus" meeting set off today to visit the Maczuga Herkulesa, visit Pieskowa Skała Castle, but calm down, take advantage of the benefits nature offers us, enjoy the unique charm of this place. The program allowed the participants to focus properly on the subject of the project: "... and health for everyone!". It was created with a view to getting close to nature, to seek contact with it, because we are itself an inseparable part of it. The closer we are to it, the better our body and mind feel.

During a walk in the park, our guests talked about the fact that contact with nature gives us vital forces and energy, as well as strengthens our immunity. Surrounding with greenery makes us have a better mood and willingness to live. It supports the development of children and helps adults to recharge batteries that discharge quickly through the pace of life.

After a visit to the  Park, whose purpose was to relieve tensions, relax and calm down, it was time for a trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Our foreign guests could feel the healing power of the underground microclimate, which helps in the treatment of many respiratory diseases and allergies. Visiting the mine, they inhaled.

The next day came time for evaluation. Coordinators met to gather information on the quality and adequacy of the results achieved. The discussion focused on whether the project responded to the actual needs of our group and whether it was correctly implemented. Evaluation helped to reflect on the quality of future initiatives. During this meeting, activities are planned for the next ones - scheduled to take place in October 2019 in Estonia. Participants shared knowledge about web applications to improve the quality of teacher's work and the gamification of the teaching process.
After the evaluation and healthy dinner, it was time for a short trip to Rabsztyn in the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura, where our guests could admire the ruins of the stronghold from the twelfth century. The participants of the "Erasmus plus" project are trying to remember that even if we live in cities, we should cultivate a bond with nature. We treat healthy eating, movement and nature as something the most important, because we were created for it.
In the evening came the time for a joint, official dinner at the Victoria hotel in Olkusz. Foreign guests were accompanied by the head teacher  and employees of Primary School No. 1.
