In Sweden, people start their day with a nutrient-rich and filling breakfast to cope with busy working days and cold weather conditions.

Pupils of D2 (fourth graders, aged 9) prepared traditional Risgrynsgröt with strawberry jam (rice pudding), jordgubbssmoothie (strawberrysmoothie), rågbröd (rye bread), Kycklingjulskinka (chicken cold cuts) and enjoyed a wonderful and absolutely tasteful Swedish-style breakfast!!!

BENEFITS  OF SWEDISH-STYLE BREAKFAST: Rich in calcium, magnesium, protein and vitamin C.
