    FINAL EVALUATION RESULTS

The final evaluation results   shows a wide acceptance by the whole  educational community about  the participation in Erasmus projects. More than 97% of the respondents are interested in the continuity of working  in this type of project. It was also useful for an part of the teaching staff and families because they could  approach and know about the  Erasmus program for the first time. This aspect, has   an important add value for us, due to the fact that  it contributes to the dissemination of the program among people who did not know it .
The application of the PERSONA DOLL methodology in our school has been an important advance in improving coexistence in the clasrooms  and in enhancing the emotional intelligence of our pupils. All the sectors   involved in the project have mostly endorsed their interest in continuing to work with this methodology in this area. In fact, activities and forms of work related to the PERSONA DOLL methodology have been integrated into the programs and curricula of early childhood education and the first cycle of primary school.
The best valued aspects for families are the chance their children had to use the foreing languages, and to contact other cultures, languages and ways of life that promotes tolerance and multiculturality
Among the aspects to improve the teaching staff manifests their need for greater competence in technological aspects, many of the difficulties are related to the lack of skills in these aspects, it would also be necessary to increase the number of coordination meetings both between the coordinators of all the partner countries as well as among the participating teachers in our school so that we can all agree and clearly explain the planned actions to be able to cover them simultaneously and there are no delays or omissions.
On the other hand, a greater involvement of families in the project should also be encouraged, with direct participation in activities and a continous  information with frequent communications using different channels: written notes, social networks, internal communications, etc.
