Leonardo the artist

Many historians and scholars regard Leonardo as the prime exemplar of the "Universale Genius" or "Renaissance Man", an individual of "unquenchable curiosity" and "feverishly inventive imagination", and he is widely considered one of the most diversely talented individuals ever to have lived. According to art historian H. Gardner, the scope and depth of his interests were without precedent in recorded history, and "his mind and personality seem to us superhuman, while the man himself mysterious and remote".Marco Rosci notes that, while there is much speculation regarding his life and personality, his view of the world was logical rather than mysterious, although the empirical methods he employed were unorthodox for his time. So, once we've studed his life and is Century, the Italian Quattrocento, according his universal genius, we are going to approche "Leonardo the artist".

Students will be glade to create their ppt or prezi presentations about his masterpieces; to study his way to paint reffering to the aerean perspective, or the linear perspective etc...

In this part of the project, students can make lots of others products such as the tableaux vivents, doodling of Leonardo peinted or coding with scratch or sketch up and what ever they want.
