Day 1

The headmistress and Erasmus+ coordinator will welcome the teachers from Ostrava and show the different facilities of our high school.

Brunch at the canteen with the Management staff.

In the afternoon, a  guided tour around Elche led by a History teacher to visit the main landmarks  in the city.

Day 2

Meeting with the Management staff to talk about management  and administrative aspects.

Observation of a Maths lesson by the Maths teacher from Ostrava.

Meeting with the Maths department to exchange their educational methodologies and techniques to teach this subject.

Meeting with the Erasmus+ coordinator  who will explain the  activities we are working on our KA1 project.

Day 3

Meeting with the psychologists and educational guidance team of our school to show the range of programmes  aimed at students with different paces of learning and other academic  or psychological problems.

Visit the teachers in charge of the activities called recreArte, recreJapo and recrEsport that take place at the break time.

Meeting with the Parents' Association.

Day 4

Meeting with the teachers involved in the Erasmus+ KA 1  project dealing with Human rights ,especially the Philosophy and History teachers.

Meeting with the Students' Association to talk about the activities and projects such as " The solidary library" carried out in the last years.

Visit  the groups of 4th ESO and 1st Bachillerato and presentation of the aspects and characteristics of the Czech and  Spanish educative systems.

After that, the students who take part in " the Human rights marathon" will explain the main aspects of this activity held every year at our school.

Day 5

Meeting with students who participated in SYMUN in Madrid last year.

Meeting with the teacher who coordinates innovative methodologies on Secondary education.

Visit  the orchard managed by the Natural sciences department to talk about its work and the Environmental project in our school.

Day 6

Meeting with the management staff to see the official documents required and elaborated  in our educational centre.

Observation of a lesson in English in the group of 1st ESO where a project on cooperative learning is being carried out . The visitor teachers will see the video "this is our school" recorded by these students.

Day 7

Meeting with the TICS coordinator.

Observation of some History lessons .

The visitor teachers will participate in the COCOPE, a monthly meeting with the heads of the different departments. Here they will talk about their academic and educative experiences.

Day 8

Meeting with the teachers who participate in the European language portfolio.

The teachers from Ostrava will attend the workshop of Computer sciences.

Day 9

Meeting with the coordinator of the school coexistence, in charge of the activities designed  to improve the school behaviour.

Visit  the textile production  workshop and meeting with the tutors of the Vocational training groups.

Observe a lesson in the classroom with students working on integration and  diversity.

Day 10

Meeting with the Headmistress and Coordinator to write a memo on the main aspects of this period of observation and exchange their views.

The Spanish teachers will say goodbye to the teachers from the Czech Republic. There will be a typical Spanish meal at the canteen.
