National curriculum demands to arrange multidiscliplinary learning modules at least once a school year. School can decide theme for multidiscliplinary learning modules and the theme will be learnd at many different subjects. Naturally we decided to have "Hyvä helmikuu" as our theme in multidiscliplinaru learning modules.

The purpose was to support the social, physical, and mental well-being of the student. Some of the exercises were done by all the students in the school, some of the exercises were practiced according to the age level.

Mountain of life

The goal was to remember pleasant moments and dreams. Paying attention to the good things in life, as well as dreams and hope, can increase happiness.

The students made their own mountains of life with the highlights, dreams and hopes. A mountain was drawn on paper. The highlights of own life were written on the peaks of the mountains. Clouds were cut from white paper in which dreams and wishes were written.

Good member of the group -crossword

The students made a crossword puzzle in pairs with hidden words that express things that are typical of a good group member. The words were listening, encourage, help, notice, support and appreciate.

Bingo- good listener

Students played a good listener bingo. The qualities of a good listener were written on the game board: concentrates, waits a turn, discusses, encourages the speaker, is attentive, asks questions, is interested, does not interrupt.

The film about emotions

School students watched the movie "Inside out". The film deals with emotions.

Compliments on paper

Compliments had been written on paper. The student could tear the compliment off the paper and give it to someone.

A song called "Astetta kovempi jätkä"

In this song, a 10-year-old boy resists school bullying. All the students in the school sang this song.

Board game workshop

The purpose was to increase team spirit by playing board games together.
