"All 7-to 18-year-olds should be physically active for at least one to two hours daily, in a variety of ways suitable for each age group. Age group 7—12-year-olds should be physically active at least 2 hours."
This is what recommendations of physical activity says. School is a place where we can encourage pupil to move. We want to encourage pupils to find their own way to be active and to learn by doing. This theme will activate pupils at school so that there would be less sitting and more movment.
