The math lesson and observation tool
Level of students: level 2, grades 6 -> 8, Math lesson
Working in groups (2 students)
Use of mobilephones (qr-code reader)
1. Student's should ask questions to solve 'the problem' during Math lesson, given by Latvian teachers.
Teachers from partnercountries are sitting in the back during this lesson with the observation tool.
2. The learning objectives are being reached by the students input through questions in mentimeter.
Teacher asked: What most relevant questions could you ask?
Students are working together in groups (2 students).
3. After that the students are trying to solve a new problem with what they learned with new information.
They told the teacher and eachother what way they did it.
4. The teacher comes with new information (formule, algorithm, small tasks) and explained how it works and practice with the students.
5. Students solved the first problem quicker with the formule (new information) in the new task.
6. The tasks were given with a QR code and on paper.
