THE TEACHERS’ COOPERATION,
THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SHARING
During the project the teachers of our school were sharing their experience and acquired knowledge providing a great variety of educational materials available online or recommending worthy apps and their own materials for using in the work with the interactive whiteboard.
The cooperation of teachers consisted also of conducting “open classes” with the use of modern technologies. During the classes various forms and methods of work with children were presented. Sometimes lessons were observed by one teacher and sometimes classes gathered more teachers.
These project activities also had a positive impact on students: learning constructive thinking (creative thinking, critical thinking), advancement of ICT using skills in teaching and in everyday life, increasing of motivation to learn foreign languages, broadening of the intellectual horizon.

The result of this collaboration is that the lessons are more attractive and the understanding of the material through access to electronic materials is easier.
These activities brought teachers to the following benefits: the professionalism of teachers increased, they got to know new ways of working in the classroom, they shared their knowledge and experience with the colleagues from the school, their motivation to work harder increased and there were formatted new real friendships among the teaching staff which can be helpful in the implementation of the project.
Thanks to such cooperation a workshop of their own work constantly enriched and perfected which undoubtedly has an impact on a school work better quality.
