Judging from the lovely photo-portraits you produced on February Projects page, it is obvious that working on portraits has fascinated you. What about creating portraits of another style? Have you heard of Pop Art? Well, First, watch this video. It provides information about what Pop Art is and Andy Warhol, one of the leading artists of the Pop Art Movement.
Your task:Each class will prepare a collage (one photo) of all class students' portraits in Pop Art style. The students of each class photograph each other's portrait or take selfies and then they process/edit the photos in Warhol's style. Then, by making collage of their portraits in small squares like the photo you see below, they produce just one photo of their class in pop art style. Each school uploads its photo on this page.
At the bottom of this page, there is a brainstorming board (answergarden) where you are invited to write phrases with your opinion about Pop Art.
In the cloud below, you can see all the pop art phrases you provided in the answergarden at the bottom of this page.
