2ND YEAR ACTIVITIES
3RD TERM CULTURAL ACTIVITY
7 June 2018 - Students from classes 7 C and 8 A have visited Oradea, a cultural city in country accompanied by their teacher, Mr. Gabriel Barjac. They have visited the museum, the theatre and the main square.

3RD TERM CITIZENSHIP ACTIVITY
Sicora Cristian, Pap Gabriel and Petris Sergiu from class 7C have conducted a series of volunteering activities:
1. Volunteering at the Prichindel Kindergarten where they painted and played with the children
2. Volunteering at the Jibou House of Culture
-the filled the cushions
3. Volunteering at Botanical Garden Vasile Fati Jibou
-They cleaned the plants of dry and weed parts
-Grubbed dry flowers
-they slashed roses
2ND TERM PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Srudents from classes 5 C and 6 C have participated in a physical activity at Adrenalin Park - Adeventure Park
2ND TERM CREATIVE ACTIVITY
Students from classes 7C and 8A have participated in a creative workshop, where they created their own T-shirts.
2ND TERM CITIZENSHIP ACTIVITY
Students from the 7th grade A participated in a volunteering activity helping to restore school boards and paintings.
Students of the 7th and 8th grade: Rus Vlad, Berar Ştefania, Maghiar Patricia, Stejerean Marina, Dobai Ana and Laszlo Ingrid participated today in a volunteering activity under the Erasmus + ELLEY project. They dusted the furniture, swept the floors, wiped the boards, and emptied the trashbins in several classrooms.
1ST TERM CREATIVE ACTIVITY
On 17th November 2017, students from classes 6C and 7C participated in an artistic activity, in which they developed their creativity through painting plates.
1ST TERM PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
In October, 25 students from our school, accompanied by their P.E. Teacher, Gabriel Barjac, have participated in a sport actvity. They played bowling and pool. This was also a great opportunity for students spending their time together in an active way.
1ST TERM ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP ACTIVITY
20th September 2017
Students of classes VIII A and VII C have volunteered at the Prichindel Kindergarten within the framework of the Erasmus + ELLEY project, in collaboration with Ms. educator Sorina Cătănaş. They read stories to the children, helped them make an evaluation sheet, and played together.
Participants: Avram Carla Maria, Berar Ştefania, Rus Vlad, Dobai Ana, Maghiar Patricia, Laszlo Ingrid and Stejerean Marina.
8th Grade students: Sabo Gabriel, Haiduc Stefania, Merca Emima, Barbur Cristina, Blidar Antonio and Mocan Alex participated in a volunteer action within the Erasmus + ELLEY project in collaboration with the educator Aurica Cherecheş from the Kindergarten with Normal Program no. 2. Throughout the action, students have colored and participated in educational games with the children.

3RD TERM PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
In June 2017, we organized an activity of enjoyment of the environment. First we had a morning walk in the forest, then we visited a Zoo.
3RD TERM CREATIVE ACTIVITY
Children's Day is celebrated on 1st June in Romania. On this occasion, our students volunteered to make face painting to the eent that the town hall organized.
3RD TERM ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP ACTIVITY
In April 2017, 7 grade students walked around Jibou and took photos of the garbage thrown away on the streets.
Using the information they researched on the internet and the photos they had taken, students made some flyers to make people aware of the negative effects of pollution. They handed out the flyers in our town.
2ND TERM PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
On 12th May 2017, our school has organized a Sport Day. Students took part many competitions: football, athetics, handball, long jump and they were rewarded with prizes.
2ND TERM CREATIVE ACTIVITY
The Art teacher, Ionel Balta, wanted to make an abstract, surrealistic, modern painting with the pupils of the school, in which the circular springs give fluidity to the composition and they suggest delicacy, lightness and perfection in which the center of main interest is represented by the eye of Goga, who keeps on watching.The plastic work is vertically arranged, which induces greatness, elevation, balance, and is carried out in the most expressive complementary chromatic contrasts.
2ND TERM ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP ACTIVITY
Between December 12-21, 2016, 7th grade students gathered toys, sweets, and clothes for the needy children. These were given as gifts to pupils at a school in Zalău on 22 December.
1ST TERM PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
In december 2016, our school organized a tournament of friendly football matches with the other secondary school in town. The purpose of the activity was to strenghten the collaboration between the two schools and to develop students' teamwork, competitiveness and fair play.

Title: Collaborative painting (students worked together on paintings) each class had their own painting
Technique: painting on canvas (realistic & abstract)
Participants: 193 students (grades 5th to 8th, ages 11-15)
Objectives
-to develop creativity, imagination, fantasy and aesthetic taste through the knowledge and use of the main means of visual expression, obtaining expressive arts, chromatic and achromatic by combining plastic elements, aiming at rendering ideas and feelings, decomposing and recomposing the new plastic forms of nature obtaining new expressiveness
-knowledge of visual language
The mayor of the town Jibou has participated at the exhibition of the paintings organized on 7th November at Liceul Tehnologic “Octavian Goga” Jibou and he congratulated the students on their marvellous work.

-to enhance the sense of social belongings

Activity description:
The teachers and students from Liceul Tehnologic “Octavian Goga” Jibou, Romania has joined the social movement “Let’s Do It, Romania” by participating as volunteers in the activities done on the National Cleaning Day, 24 September 2016.
7 teachers and 39 students gathered in front of the Town Hall of Jibou at 8 o’clock in the morning and began their march across the town to promote a clean environment and responsibility towards nature. Teachers and students gathered the waste materials and trash thrown along the river Somes. Beside their civic involvement and self-fulfillment, students learnt about the negative effects of the waste materials and the damage they do to the unique fauna in the area. They became aware of the natural beauty of this area which deserves to be preserved and protected.
Values and attitudes promoted during the activity: responsibility, civic involvement, solidarity.
