1st TRANSNATIONAL MEETING - SOFIA (24-28 october) 2017

  • The agenda of this transnational meeting hosted by 52 primary school “Tsanko Tserkovski” – Sofia, Bulgaria was the following:

    • The basis of the work system was established. We worked on the design of the online questionnaire about free time for our students.
    • We  decided on the content of the information brochures to be published in all the schools.
    • The requirements to start writing the “Travelling Book” were decided.
    • We decided the exact dates of the following meetings and Learning/teaching/training activities to be able to arrange them in advance.
    • Requirements for the security of the students travelling to every Learning7teaching/training activity were discussed.

    We also work edon the project activities of the first term:

    A1. - Design and edition of an online questionnaire about free time habits among our students.
    A2. - Design and print of brochures to disseminate the objectives of the Project among our communities in each of our national languages.
    A3. - Filling and evaluation of the online questionnaires. 
    A4. - Logo contest.
    A5. - ELLEY Passport contest. Designing of the Passport in which the activities will be stamped.
    A6. - Setting of national blogs.
    A7. - Setting the diary of the Project inside the twinspace.
    A8. - Setting up of a support committee in each school: A group of students will give support to any new student or students with problems.
    A9. - Beginning the writing and illustration of the “Travelling Book”. The first chapter will be written in the school that first host a transnational meeting and then it will travel to each of the schools where it should be completed. 
    A10. - 1st term cultural activity (1st Project year)
    A11. - 1st term active citizenship activity (1st Project year)
    A12. - 1st term physical activity and enjoy of the environment (1st Project year)

    All the points scheduled were fulfilled at the meeting and it was a chance to get to know each other face to face and set the basis for the upcoming events.
