It was organized by IES La Minilla in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). The agenda was established as follows:
• Students exchanged information about a distinctive volunteer or service to the community activity from their countries via presentations and exhibitions.
• Students exchanged their experiences about the activities carried out at their schools via presentations.
• The host students organized drawing and writing workshops to finish the “Travelling book” .
• The host school organized an activity regarding physical activity or enjoyment of the environment: a day at the beach with water sports.
• The host school organized a cultural activity: Cultural gymakana around the old part of the city.
• The host school organized a volunteer work or service to the community activity: visit and songs fot the residents of an elederly home.
• The host school organized a program for the visiting students so that he/she can live with the host family, attend some lessons, share free time, etc.
• We used English as a mean of communication but we also made an effort so that students got interested in Spanish.
