5.2 Learner Autonomy

Students will get in touch with project students from the other countries via eTwinning and form internationally mixed groups. Each group will choose a relevant and interesting topic about the future of their own children in the 21st century. Students will focus on the effects of urbanisation, digitalisation, gentrification, climate change and educational change.

Teachers may make suggestions about suitable topics and give advice if need be, but it is essential that the project is carried out independently by the students. The teachers are to act as counsellors, but it is not for them to guide the students through the process!

Students will collaborate online in their international groups and exchange ideas, distribute preparatory tasks and agree on a presentation form to present their findings to their peers when they meet in Poland.

Forums for each group can be found here on our Twinspace!
