EARTH  DAY IN SLOVAKIA

We celebrate traditionally on the April 22 - Earth Day. On the occasion of this day we had many activities. 

We were on an excursion in the neighborhood of our city, where we observed and took photos of insects of our nature. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The outcome of our observation was to prepare collage of photos.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      In the next activity we made model of our Earth consisting of paper and lids from PET bottles.

We also celebrated Earth Day on the 22nd April. We had a nice activity. We talked about  pollution of our Earth and then we made the beautiful Sun from pupils' hands. The pupils tried to do "magic" with different colours.
