On Monday, 22nd March 2021, another meeting of the Neccessary Skills and Supply Chain Management project participants took place.
The subject of the meeting: International Business
Over the last three weeks the students have had the opportunity to order virtual products from online shops run by the Austrian Hak Laa students, using Training Company platform.
After they placed their orders they received the invoices and notes informing that the orders were ready for pick-up. After that, they organised transport of the goods from Austria to Poland, cooperating with the forwarder students from Suwałki.
During the meeting the Austrian students presented the stages of the order completion (starting with placing an order and ending with shipping).
They also showed what Training Company looked like: school facilities imitating a real company.
Our students described, step-by-step, the way transport was arranged and presented vocational subjects in their curriculum (freight forwarder).
Finally, we talked about Easter traditions in Austria and Poland.
