THE EARTH DAY
ITALY
We are really excited to see what the classes are preparing for the Earth's Day! Untill now we just know that 9 classes are involved in planning and preparing theirs own project to show how we can improve our relationship to the Earth!
On the 22. April the videomaker group of the school will take videos and an interview to each project to know more!

Some classes worked with their music teachers and realized two videos: here they are! One is an elogy to the nature where students of the first classes play the music to some images of the melting glaciers and the pollution. The second one was realized by some second classes where they play some instruments created with recycled objects.
Following the photos of the posters the third classes prepared in the natural science lessons! Beacause of the covid, our school couldn't organise a presentation of the different projects with all classes, but it decided to realize a video! Soon the videomaker group will publish it!

BULGARY
This year's International Earth Day was held under the motto: Recycling and Reusing.
Students participated in various activities:
- a campaign to collect paper for recycling (7th grade),
- a lesson on the role and importance of renewable energy sources (4th and 5th grade),
- they made an exhibition of drawings on "Save energy ,save the world" (2 and 3rd grade), and
- The students from the acting club presented to the school community 2 plays - "The World is Sick" and "Sad Squirrel".

AUSTRIA
Here are two videos about our experience collecting garbage near our school.
GERMANY
Since the beginning of the year, most of the students have been in distance learning. Nevertheless, we wanted to celebrate Earth Day. So the students in class 6b went looking for garbage in the vicinity of their apartment, which they collected. The twelve-year-olds were concerned about all this garbage. We present some of their thoughts and photos here:
