From March 13 to 17, 2017, the students from the participating countries shared and intensified their work in Germany, Norway and Poland.
In more detail, the students
- prepare an oral presentation with their final conclusions on the economic situation of their region as well soft skills to get a job,
- they present their conclusions to a small group of students (3-6 students),
- invite an expert from University or a coach to talk about soft skills,
- visit institutions/enterprises and learn about soft skills necessary to get a job.
Moreover, the students work in different workshops which deal with the following topics:
1. Creation of a European catalogue of soft skills (what kind, how to acquire them).
2. European measures to fight youth unemployment
3. Creation of a network offering work experiences in all seven countries
4. Prepare material for a brochure containing the workshops’ results.
5. Press group: send ideas to EU/board of Education about the fact that we don’t explicitly learn soft skills in our school education (optional)
Finally, the students
- present their workshop results creatively,
- evaluate the meeting as well as the work,
- participate in the Cultural Evening.
