GETXO/ BERGEN MEETING November 2016

    From the 14th to the 18th of November 2016,  the third meeting of our project was held in Julio Caro Baroja High School in Getxo. Our Norwegian partners stayed here for a week and we worked very hard from Monday to Friday. In the following links you can see our working schedule.

    On Monday and Tuesday, both the Norwegian and the Basque students analised the work prepared by the students from the seven countries before the meeting and they prepared presentations with their conclusions. They had access to all these materials in our e-Twinning platform. These are the two presentations they did.

    MEASURES TO FIGHT UNEMPLOYMENT IN EUROPE      SURVEY RESULTS

    During the week, we visited different companies (EITB, The Guggenhein Museum) and we listened to speeches from the main institution in the Basque Country which fights unemployment (LANBIDE) and from the one in our city (GETXOLAN). We also had speakers at school who talked about their experiences about doing working practice and internships. We learned about the different programmes offered at Vocational Schools to fight unemployment and finally, we visited Tartanga Vocational School where our students experienced a practical way of learning.

    On Thursday and Friday we worked in  workshops and finally, on Friday, we gave our last presentations and carried out the evaluation. In the following links you have access to the products created by our students in the workshops.
