    Sometimes, a shared passion leads to wonderful productions. This project enabled us to find these passions. This one is a beautiful example around math and arts class. It all started with Escher.

     

    Escher, the Dutch artist and mathematician, had to be present in our project, so iegte - math teacher and Escher lover - prepared a lesson around Escher for the Polish students during the project's first mobility.

    It turned out that also Marlena - math and ICT teacher - was passionate about Escher. She already knew his art work. This Escher lesson inspired her to make an ICT lesson out of it. The emphasis now was not on the mathematical aspect, but on the ICT skills. Students were taught to make the same kind of work, but nog with paper, cissors and pencils, but now using the tool 'Paint'.
