Our school is located in Turkey's Mugla city, a place connected to the tourist district of Marmaris. Our school started education and training in 1997-1998 Academic Year. The land of our school is 20 decares and the closed area is 9.710 m2 in total. The land of our school has been allocated by the Treasury to the Ministry of National Education for 49 years. The name right was given to Halit Narin in return for the furnishing and equipment of the School Application Hotel. The Application Hotel was put into service in July 2004 as bed and breakfast with 32 rooms.
Since July 2015, the name of our school has changed as Halit Narin Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, and our school is among the vocational education institutions that provide four-year education as a vocational high school. In addition, our school has Special Education Classes. Since our school is primarily located in the tourism region, it aims to train qualified manpower that the tourism sector needs. Different departments may be opened according to the studies to be carried out in the coming years. As of 2019-2012 academic year, among the main branches applied in Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools;
There are two main branches in our school: "Food and Beverage Services" and "Accommodation and Travel Services". In Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools; In the 9th grade, our students take general culture lessons jointly as in all schools. Starting from the 10th grade, the Accommodation and Travel Services (front office branch) and food services area (Kitchen Branch and Service Branch) are created, taking into account the interests and skills of the students. In our school, there are separate workshops and laboratories of both departments.
