First of all, it's necessary that you don't spend to much time on the social media. It's important that you do all kinds of different activities so in that way you don't get so influenced. Next, I would see some other people (on the street, on your friends, family) so in that way you know that it's okay not to have a ''perfect body''. And, of course, if you're going throw a eating disorder, talk to a therapist.
