    In my opinion, if you want to lose weight you would have to follow a healthy diet, do exercise once in a while and drink a lot of water everyday, not to follow these diets because they are unhealthy and dangerous, you don't have to be hungry to lose weight!

    I think that the diets that we have investigated are not highly recommended, since they do have benefits but at the same time they have many risks. A good diet would be to eat a variety of foods (vegetables, fruits, meat, fish ...) not in a lot, play sports and drink a lot of water.
