    My recomendations

    The most important of the sport is that you rest then of you made sport, also is important to stretch after doing sports. The recomendation more important is to walk at least 30 minutes daily.

    Recomendation

    Before you do an sport, you need to prepare your muscles. This is very important because if you don't prepare your muscles, you will maybe have a muscles injury. After prepare an sport, you need to sleep at least between 7-8 hours per day. This is very important too because if you don't sleep minimum 7 hours you won't be active the rest of the day.
