    Conclusions - Muscle Dysmorphia

After reflecting about this twinspace project, related with muscle dysmorphia, I have discovered some interesting ideas to bear in mind:

-This physical disorder it is not perceived as a real disease that has negative consequecies on our organism.

    - Social groups with low self-esteem levels have a greater risk of developing different body dysmorphic disorders. Particularly, it is more frequent in young adult men due to the ideal image that society have of male gender.

    - Better cooperation between physchology and science is necessary to improve the diagnose and treatment of this disorder.

    Conclusions - Muscle Dysmorphia

My conclusions about muscle dysmorphia are the following:

    - Most of the times in which this disorder is in young men, since society has put a prototype of a muscular young man, and most men want to become like that prototype and to get there This prototype in some cases becomes in disorder, although there have also been cases of women with this dangerous disorder.

    - Another of the conclusions he has drawn has been that this disorder is not easy for the same person to perceive as they see something natural and never look good before a mirror, in case of having this disorder they should go to a doctor or a psycologist.
