  • What activities/measures did the project partners take to disseminate the project and it's results?

    1. Details about the project were published on school's website starting from October 2019.

    2. Parents were invited to a first informational meeting about the Erasmus+ project and it's activities at both schools, taking place on August 20th and September 23rd 2019.

    3. Both project coordinators presented the Erasmus+ project at an ErasmusDays event at the Cultural Center Christos Tsakiris (221, Langada St., Municipality of Pavlos Melas, Thessaloniki) to teachers and an interested public on October 10th 2019.

    4. The German school made the Erasmus+ project meeting in Itzehoe from February 4th to February 11th public by informing the local press media about the visit and about the activities connected with it. The official welcome at the old town hall appeared to be the right moment for disseminating the project activities. The project has been the topic of a press articles and made public to a wider audience by being mentioned on the web appearance of the city of Itzehoe.

    5. There has been an exhibition of all creative texts and products in the hallways of the Sophie-Scholl-Gymnasium from 02/03/2020 till 02/14/2020. The exhibition was accompanied by an invitation to all school members to participate at a vote for the text they liked most. In an letter that described the activity and it's goals, a lottery with a little price has been announced for all school members participating in the voting. We were very happy to announce the winner of the lottery and the best text choosen by the school community.

    6. The project coordinators organised meetings of students and parents to inform them about the project plan and upcoming Erasmus-meetings. During our project we had four of such meetings, some 10 days before or sceduled departure for the second meeting in Greece.

    7. The project coordinators informed their colleagues at all stages of the project about it's activities and results. At the end of the project an informational video-presentation has been created in which the German coordinator explains the ways and benefits of using eTwinning/TwinSpace. The video was uploaded on the internal Iserv-server to be available for all teachers of the school.

    8. The project coordinators collected all project materials, documents and pictures in an digital ebook which will be available to the public via their school homepage, the TwinSpace and the Erasmus-project results page.
