Returning from the summer vacations students and parents learned on school events in August 20th and September 23rd about the Erasmus+ Project "When Roses Fly".

Right from the start the participating students were eager to get to know their partner students in Greece and Germany. So we arranged some activities to slowly bring the two groups together until the first personal meeting in December.

• creating an Avatar
• Greek language course and workshops

These activities focus on improving language skills, intercultural understanding and ICT skills. They are accompanied by the process of creative writing, which each school prepares separatly in the period from October to November. In meantime students prepare presentations of their home town and school using ICT tools like PowerPoint/Slideshare or thinglink.
