Our cultivating station is really a good thing, we have been eating fresh tomatoes and strawberries the whole vinter. And we have learned to share, even if only one tomato is ripe that day a group of kids can get a bite:

Croatian coordinators buying plants for school garden

Because of the dark and cold winter in Iceland we decided to use our renewable energy to light up an indoor cultivating station. Pupils helped building the station. 

We also have an outdoor school garden for growing food in the summer time.
