Final meeting held in Reykjavík, 5th to 7th July 2022

In Reykjavík project partners had a lecture on how to successfully disseminate a project, especially by using social media. They also visited Árbæjarsafn, an open air museum, and an 100 years old hydro power plant. At Vaxa, the group got information on "vertical indoor farming" and tasted some of the produce. In Selfoss a horticulturist showed, and talked about the possibilities in keeping a permacultural home garden. We also visited Hespa, a plant dyeing studio, where we had a lecture on the tradition of using wild plants as food, medicine and to dye textiles. The "Icelandic Moss milk" was delicious.
