    FINAL PRODUCT: Billboards,  multimedia presentation, illustration of the work

    This  activity serves to warm up the atmosphere.  The group of participants is standing, in a circle and with their eyes closed.

    The facilitators are definitively post-it on the front of the participants;

    • Explain that the participants are walking around the room and crossing the others students, they are reading and considering what is written on the forehead of the student  they meet.

    Remember  that they cannot make any sound, it is not possible to speak. Use only using mimicry. After everyone has crossed all the other participants, let them sit in a circle for a debate, but not let them take off the post-it they still have on their foreheads.

    Debriefing

    • Facilitate the discussion by asking the following questions:
    •  Does anyone want to say how it felt?
    • Did you do something to be treated like that?
    • Why have you been treated like this?
    • Have you felt good / bad to treat some of your teammates in this way?
    • Have you ever been treated in a particular way without understanding why?
    • What do you think is written on your post-it?

    After this moment of debate, ask participants to remove the post-it and read it. They will talk for a while among  them. Collect some of the thoughts that they share and that can be useful in the next discussion. Do parallel with those victims of discrimination who are 'normally' subject to discrimination, ad example because of their particular characteristic, but they can not understand what they did wrong  to be treated like that … Some people - and young people above all - could share personal stories, even painful ones, and the atmosphere could become difficult and delicate to manage. Get ready in time for this event! If you want to bring out the stories in a 'protected' and respectful for each boy / girl, you can propose to collect the different experiences through  tickets written by everyone, mix them and ask everyone to read the story of another person in a way anonymous.
