A. Photo Options: (Choose at least 3 and post them on Padlet)
- Take picture of you (or someone else) eating a healthy meal and/or snack.
- Take a picture of you (or someone else) doing some form of exercise.
- Take a picture of you (or someone else) doing a chore in your house.
- Take a picture of you (or someone else) preparing a meal for you and/or family
- Take a picture of a food label of something you ate
- Take a picture of an exercise plan you have created for the next 6 weeks
- Take a picture of “social distancing”
